Return Policy

Every item in our store can be returned within 14 days after delivery, with a printable Free Return shipping label within the country it was shipped from, for any reason, as long as it is before 14 days have passed after delivery

If 14 days have passed unfortunately a return or refund is no longer possible. You have 14 days from the confirmed date of delivery to send back your unused, unwashed purchase for a full refund. If you meet this criteria, you must contact us immediately at  We will then send you a printable free returns label complete with a tracking number. Only when your returned purchase has arrived back at the your country's local warehouse and has been inspected will your refund be issued. If you send back items after 14 days we are not able to issue any refund.

Items sent back must have all tags and labels included in the return. Items must be unused and in original condition. The full refund will be issued 1 to 3 days after the warehouse has confirmed receipt of return and inspected the contents for use or wear. 

You must contact us before 14 days. The place you return your item to, is on the Free Return Shipping Label. We provide you with this label  after you contact us about sending your purchase back.

It is easily recognized in the URL bar, the letters HTTPS will be at the start of the link title. In addition you will see a locked padlock icon on the left of this. If the site begins with HTTP it does not have this incryption installed.  HTTPS is used more frequently now than HTTP.

Due to extenuating circumstances and frequency of changes in protocols resulting from the global pandemic at this time we are only able to ship items to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States

Most items we sell are shipped from various warehouses across Asia.

Once an order has been placed, the warehouse will prepare and package items for shipping. This process takes 1 to 5 days. After an item is shipped an automated email and/or SMS will be sent with the tracking number. International tracking websites take 1 to 3 days to begin updating tracking information. Customers will be provided with detailed information concerning shipping details such as tracking number, courier and tracking website links specific for their purchase. In addition, you can see courier names and estimated delivery dates in each product page. 

Yes we most assuredly do. Every order placed will be issued a valid tracking number. We also provide links to monitor shipping progress.

If you need to make changes to your order please contact us immediately at . If the order has not been shipped yet it might be possible to make changes. If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number issued then unfortunately we are unable to make changes to the order.

Every item that has a size associated with it will have the size chart in the product page photos. Please measure yourself in centimetres and consult the size chart. If you are in between sizes, choose the bigger size. If you are still unsure, please contact us prior to placing your order or immediately after so we can ensure you have ordered the correct size.

If you want to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, style etc... please contact us immediately, we will issue the printable free return label for your unused, unwashed item. Once the returned item has arrived at your country's local warehouse and been inspected, we will then ship out the item agreed upon.
